|Recommended: YesAmazing — Best I have ever lived, but there is no parking for guests near by.
|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live with great amenities — Truly get what you pay for-- any bumps in the road are more than expected with a new complex and staff are professional, kind, and prompt.
|Recommended: YesIts food — its good
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — Each apartment is gorgeous, I love the finishes and high ceilings. I never imagined myself living in a studio apartment until I saw this one. The community spaces are incredible, I have been very impressed with this apartment building. The residence and staff are friendly and warm. I am so lucky to have found Station 324
|Recommended: YesReview — The amenities at Station 324 are fantastic. Gym, pool, coffee and a rooftop are all included in the rent which is truly amazing. The apartments themselves are brand new and are very nice, but they have had problems that a new apartment building might have, including coaxial outlets not being turned on, light bulbs going out rapidly, lawless parking and uneven floors. The maintenance staff is very quick to fix problems, however and overall it is a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat community, customer service and apartment — Great community, customer service and apartment The only downside is that we have one very loud neighbor beside us that throws parties. Property management informed them to quiet down in the evenings due to multiple neighbor noise complaints and that seemed to help. Overall, great place to live so far.
|Recommended: YesApartments are well put together and the amenities are great — The location is better than expected, apartments have quality appliances, and the amenities are top notch. My only knock is that there aren't any guest parking spaces and the walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbors sometimes. Overall this is the best apartment that I have lived in.
|Recommended: YesFantastic — It's definitely worth it
|Recommended: YesGreat place but with minor imperfections. — Great place to live, great and friendly staff. Walls are thin you can everything your next door neighbors do both upstairs and next to you. Everyone has a dog so expect to hear dogs running around and barking. New building, expect dry walls to have big cracks due to foundation settling. Door handles and light fixtures are not straight, dirty walls when moved in, sunshades let a lot of light in at night.
|Recommended: YesGood — Its a great place to live at but you can here your neighbors that live next to you and above you.
|Recommended: YesAbove Average — A little costly, but great community....
|Recommended: YesStation 324 is a great place to live — Apartments are very modern and the community is very clean and well-kept.
|Recommended: YesFantastic Overall — All in all, a great apartment and wouldn't want to live elsewhere. Staff is always kind and the property amenities are great. Only cons I've heard the people on the roof on numerous occasions late in the evenings and there is always dog poop all over even with the courteous dog waste bins-- so some individuals are ruining the experience for others.
|Recommended: YesLove the place so far — Great place to stay great location.
|Recommended: YesHonest Review — I absolutely love living here. For the Italian Village area, the sqft, the amenities, this is the best apartment you will be able to find, and i've done quite a bit of research. The tall ceilings make the apartment feel significantly larger, and does not increase the electricity bill too much I am not on the top floor . The amenities are off the charts the clubhouse, the fitness room, the rooftop patio, the pool are AWESOME. Maintence is very quick friendly - sometimes even fixes the issue the same day you report it. The staff on site is always friendly. Common areas are always spotless. Construction quality could have been better, I can clearly hear my neighbors walking around upstairs and really is the only downside I have found in this apt. Cabinets and doors are a bit cheaply made - but for the price and what you are getting - that makes sense. Monthly utilities for my 750 sqft apt is usually around 120 - not too bad. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. 5 stars hands down overall. 4 stars on construction quality.
